Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Sieve together flour, baking powder and baking soda for at least 3 times.
  3. Keep this aside.
  4. Grease a 20 x 5 cm round cake tin and line with waxed paper.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yoghurt and sugar until creamy.
  7. Add oil, juice and zest, and whisk it until well combined.
  8. Add sifted flour in 3 batches and fold it gently.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin.
  10. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the skewer into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
  11. When done, take it out and allow to cool for 5 minutes in the cake tin itself, then remove from cake tin and place onto a cooling rack.
  12. Allow the cake to completely cool before serving.
