Instructions
  1. In a large bowl place marshmallows, peanut butter and butter and microwave on high for 2 minutes until the marshmallows are large and puffy and the butter is melted.
  2. You can do this step in a pot on the stove on low as well if you don't want to use a microwave.
  3. Add the cereal and stir to coat.
  4. Spread the cereal mixture into the bottom of a large (38 x 25 cm) baking dish or pan lined with greased waxed paper or parchment.
  5. Spread out into an even flat layer using a buttered spatula or slightly wet or buttered fingers.
  6. Place chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a small bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes until melted, stir until smooth.
  7. Pour and spread over cereal layer and then roll up the cereal layer jelly-roll style starting at the short end.
  8. Wrap and chill until set.
  9. Slice into segments to serve.
