Kahlua Glazed Carrots
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat:
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Mix in brown sugar and honey.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons Kahlua and mix thoroughly until it bubbles, stirring constantly.
  5. Mix the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon Kahlua and then add to the mixture.
  6. Add salt.
  7. Mix all together.
  8. Add steamed carrots and coat them gently.
  9. Lower heat to a simmer.
  10. Cook carrots until heated through or cooked well done as preferred.
  11. Plate and serve.
