Mushroom Lasagne
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190° C.
  2. Heat a pan and add 300 g whole button mushrooms and sauté to brown.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms, onion and garlic to the pan with some olive oil.
  4. Sauté for a few minutes then add the white wine and bring to the boil.
  5. Add the cream and bring back to the boil.
  6. Add half of the Ricotta cheese and stir.
  7. Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese into the mix and stir.
  8. In a baking dish line with fresh pasta sheets, top with mushroom sauce, sprinkle with parsley, top with more lasagne sheets and repeat the layers.
  9. Top the dish with remaining Parmesan, parsley and Ricotta.
  10. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
