Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Toss the butternut pumpkin cubes with the melted butter, a pinch salt, black pepper, parsley and honey in a big bowl.
  3. Transfer mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread out in a single even layer
  5. Roast for 30 to 45 minutes until the pumpkin is fork-tender and lightly browned.
