Instructions
  1. Add into a hot pan: 3 big sliced mushrooms, crushed and chopped 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 3 shallots, chopped 2 sticks celery, and hazelnuts.
  2. Sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add 100 g beef mince into a food processor with cooked stuffing mixture and a splash of olive oil.
  4. Process well.
  5. Tenderise steak between layers of go-between to thin it out.
  6. Lay the stuffing 1 cm thick over half of the steak, leaving room on each side to fold in.
  7. Tuck in each side of the steak and roll into to form roulade.
  8. Tie roulade well and seal it in a fry pan.
  9. Then continue to cook in a 220°C. oven for 15 minutes.
