Strawberry and Mango Tart
Instructions
  1. Mix crust ingredients.
  2. Press firmly into a 23 cm tart pan.
  3. Prick sides and bottom with a fork.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Remove.
  6. Combine cream cheese, jam, sugar, and lime juice.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Spread evenly over cooled crust.
  9. Arrange fruits over cream cheese layer.
  10. Brush fruit with apple jelly.
  11. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
