Chocolate Ganache

 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (100 g / 125 ml)
1/4 cup 10% cream (65 g / 65 ml)
Tip: When using 10% cream,
use double the amount of chocolate to the amount of cream. Ratio = 2 : 1

Instructions:
Microwave chocolate on the defrost mode until it is melted.
Pour the 10% cream into the hot, melted chocolate.
Stir until fully combined.
Servings: 2.
