Pecan Pie with Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup light Brown Sugar
1/4 cup White Sugar
1 tablespoon Plain Flour
1/2 cup Butter
1 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
1+1/2 cups chopped Pecan nuts
* 23 cm Pie shell
Preheat oven to 200°C. (400°F.).
In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Stir in the eggs, then the milk, vanilla, brown sugar, white sugar, plain flour
then the melted butter, and finally the roughly chopped pecans.
Spread chocolate chips on unbaked pie shell.
Add mix carefully over chocolate chips in pie shell.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 200°C. (400°F.),
then reduce temperature to 180°C. (350°F.) and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.
