Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake


250 g Nice Biscuits
100 g Melted Butter
750 g softened Cream Cheese
400 ml Thickened Cream
1 to 1+1/4 cups Sugar
100 to 150 g melted Milk Chocolate

Crush 250 g biscuits into crumbs and put it in a bowl.
Add melted butter and mix it through.
Get a cake tin and spray it with a little oil or grease.
Pour the crushed biscuit in and flatten it down.
Put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Get a mixer and insert the softened cream cheese.
Add thickened cream and sugar.
Mix it until it is smooth and creamy.
Get the cake base from the refrigerator and pour it straight in.
Drizzle melted chocolate over mixture and swirl in patterns using a skewer.
Set in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
