Fast Ed’s Easy Chocolate Rum Balls
…makes 2 to 3 dozen
Left over Slices of Cake (prefer chocolate cake)
2 tablespoons Dark Rum
Mix together in a bowl and let sit for about 10 minutes.
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee
3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
Dissolve in a bowl with boiling water.
When smooth, add 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Pour liquid mix over crumbled and soaked cake until required consistancy is reached.
Roll into small balls.
Place onto lined tray.
Refrigerate until firm enough for rolling (about 15 minutes).
Prepare 1 cup melted chocolate in a bowl.
Mix 1 cup dessicated coconut and 1 cup chocolate sprinkles in a bowl.
Dip cake balls in chocolate then roll in coconut sprinkles mix.
Refrigerate until serving.
