How to Make Chocolate


125 g Vegetable Shortening (Copha / Solidified Oil)
125 g pure Icing Sugar (confectioners sugar)
6 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
4 tablespoons Full Cream Powdered Milk
1 pinch of Salt

Melt copha over a very low heat.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add melted copha to dry ingredients.
Mix glossy chocolate sauce.
Pour into baking tray lined with baking paper.
Refrigerate overnight to set.
