100 g of Cocoa Butter
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Honey
6 tablespoons Dark Dutch Cocoa
Heat water over low to low medium heat in a pan.
Melt grated cocoa butter in a bowl that sits well on the pan of water.
Turn off heat.
Add vanilla extract, honey and cocoa.
Pour into moulds of your choice or onto a baking pan.
Set in refrigerator for an hour or two.
