Mexican Hot Chocolate



2 cups Milk
2 tablespoons Raw or Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
60 g Semi-sweet or Bitter-sweet Chocolate – chopped
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Heat milk, sugar, and spices in a pot over medium-high heat until almost simmering.
Add chocolate and vanilla and stir until melted.
Add orange or coffee liqueur, Kahlua or Irish cream for the adults.
Serve children some whipped cream or marshmallows on top.
Serves: 2.
