Peppermint Hot Chocolate


750 ml full fat Milk
250 ml Double Cream
75 g Milk Chocolate
100 g Dark Chocolate
Add 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
Add 15 to 20 ml Peppermint Extract

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat and stirring constantly.
Do NOT let it boil.
Add maple syrup and peppermint extract,
Stir in together and then turn off the heat.
Insert into glasses.
Top with whipped cream, crushed candy cane and a candy cane.
