Ingredients
- 2 tubes Pringles BBQ, Honey Mustard, Xtreme Blastin Buffalo or any Chips
- 1 kg boneless Chicken Breast or Chicken Tenders cut into 4 cm nuggets
- or
- 1 kg Cod Fillets cut into 4 cm cubes
- 2 cups Skim Milk or Buttermilk
- Bacon pieces and chopped Chives Optional additives

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C with a rack in the middle.
- Place nuggets / fillets in milk.
- Crush Pringles in a large seal-able plastic bag.
- Place two or three nuggets / fillets at a time in the bag and shake to coat.
- Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Place the well-coated nuggets / fillets in a single layer.
- Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove and let stand, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes to crisp.
