Caramel Coffee Fudge Truffles
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Unsweetened Cocoa powder
Instant Coffee granules or powder
dry Coconut or sweet Coconut flakes
Add together ingredients together in a saucepan.
Whisk constantly over heat for approximately 5 minutes until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pot.
Spread onto grease-proof paper lined tray.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Oil or grease your hands.
Roll coffee caramel mixture into small balls.
Coat with desired toppings set out in bowls.
Arrange a few randomly selected balls in cupcake patties or lolly baskets and be ready for your family and guests next visit.
