  • Corned Brisket Diced and cooked leftovers
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 2 Carrots grated
  • 2 stalks Celery diced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Self Raising Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup white Sauce with grated Cheese and grated Onion
  • Shallots, Capsicum Optional

Instructions
  1. 1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll handfuls into balls.
  3. Shallow fry patties over medium heat.
