Instructions
  1. Cube up the stale bread/bread rolls and coat lightly with olive oil.
  2. Toss in all the seasonings.
  3. Throw them on indirect heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. When browned, remove.
  5. Add to the hot soup and serve.
