Fish or Chicken Pringles
Crispy Fish or Chicken Nuggets made with Pringles Crisp Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C with a rack in the middle.
  2. Place nuggets / fillets in milk.
  3. Crush Pringles in a large seal-able plastic bag.
  4. Place two or three nuggets / fillets at a time in the bag and shake to coat.
  5. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  6. Place the well-coated nuggets / fillets in a single layer.
  7. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove and let stand, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes to crisp.
