Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine prawns and Maggi ten minute Marinade Honey Soy.
  2. Marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Meanwhile, combine coriander, mint, chilli and bean sprouts.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a small bowl combine juice, Maggi fish sauce and brown sugar.
  6. Toss over salad just before serving.
  7. Pre-heat barbecue or frying pan over medium heat.
  8. Cook prawns for 2 minutes each side or until cooked.
  9. To serve, top prawns with dressed salad and garnish with fried shallots.
