Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Cook carrots in a steamer for 4 or 5 minutes until tender / crisp.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  4. Mix in brown sugar and honey.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons Kahlua and mix thoroughly until it bubbles, stirring constantly.
  6. Mix the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon Kahlua and then add to the mixture.
  7. Add salt.
  8. Mix all together.
  9. Add steamed carrots and coat them gently.
  10. Lower heat to a simmer.
  11. Cook carrots until heated through or cooked well done as preferred.
  12. Plate and serve.
