Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line two rimmed baking pans with aluminum foil and top with metal rack. (Use two jellyroll pans and top each with a cooling rack the same size.)
  3. In large plastic zipper bag, dump in all the herbs and spices.
  4. Close bag and shake to blend.
  5. Place each chicken tender in the zipper bag, close, and shake bag to coat the chicken in the spice blend.
  6. Once coated wrap in bacon being sure to tuck in the ends and then place on rack in prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes at 220°C/425°F.
  8. Bacon should be crispy. *
  9. Take out of the oven and place on decorative platter.
  10. Serve with your blue cheese dressing or sour cream.
Low Carb Blue Cheese Dressing
  1. In medium bowl, mash blue cheese into buttermilk with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sweetener, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
  4. Makes 600 ml, 16 servings at 2 tablespoons each.
Recipe Notes

*If bacon isn't crispy, you can place each pan under the grill for a minute or two.
