Strawberry Custard Tartlets
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190° C.
  2. Combine strawberries, balsamic vinegar, sugar and orange juice in a bowl and lightly mix.
  3. Place into the refrigerator for an hour to infuse.
  4. Fill each tartlet shell with 2 tablespoons of custard.
  5. After an hour, remove strawberries from the refrigerator and divide evenly among tart shells.
  6. Let remaining liquid aside.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Pour any remaining liquid over the tartlets and garnish with baby basil leaves.
