Sticky Chicken Wings with vitamin-rich Papaya

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken wings into wingettes and drumettes, discard tips (or buy wings which have already been split into sections).
  2. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Add wing sections and toss to coat.
  4. Set wings aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
  5. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  6. Line two rimmed oven trays with baking paper.
  7. Remove wings from bowl, reserving marinade, and arrange in a single layer, skin side up, over the prepared trays.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, basting with the remaining marinade twice during cooking.
  9. The wings are done when they are sticky and golden, and the meat separates easily when pulled.
  10. Serve with diced fresh papaya, coriander leaves and citrus wedges.
